1. Avoid distractions. Which by meaning, avoid TV, cellphone, video games, and all the other things that made you distracted.

I know it's weird but it does work for me: intimidate yourself. Tell
yourself you're going to be live on the
streets, tell yourself that you're even worse than that someone who
always got bad scores, tell yourself that your parents will nag at you,
tell yourself that your a disgrace, etc. There's just so many things
that will made you intimidated, think one that will intimidate you most.
3. Eat or drink something that will make you stay awake, like tea, or something like that.

Cheer up. Bring your spirits up, with this, I know you can do it. Think
about what will happens after you study, you can relax and work your
test well, with this you will have a slight study fever and you will
stop until you know that you get it.
5. Rest well. Don't be worried, just calm down and have a pleasant night.
